The CBC 3 office building is a natural continuation of the existing office and service spaces on the CBC campus, but being made in a variant of a building with mixed functions, coupled with the collective housing function of CBC Living 2, respectively the education function of Royal School. The facade of the building was designed to have two levels of perception, one macro, from a distance, where the full-void ratio achieves the main visual impact, followed by a micro one, where the profiled fiber cement cladding provides a 3D visual effect of the flat facades .
