The Liberty Technology Park real estate complex is one of the many industrial conversion projects of our office. Located on the land of the former “Libertatea” furniture factory, the complex is in stage 2 of development, the first stage comprising conversions of the existing buildings into office and service spaces. Stage 2 includes a residential component, through buildings I and J located in the northern part of the plot, as well as 3 office, hospitality and service buildings – A, F and H. Building F is located in the front from Fundătura Oașului street, completing the closure east of the front through an office and service function. Treating the facades with an industrial language, using exposed brick recalls the old function of the area. The building also includes an independent body above ground level, but connected through the basement, to the kindergarten.
