The Liberty Technology Park real estate complex is one of the many industrial conversion projects of our office. Located on the land of the former “Libertatea” furniture factory, the complex is in stage 2 of development, the first stage comprising conversions of the existing buildings into office and service spaces. Stage 2 includes a residential component, through buildings I and J located in the northern part of the plot, as well as 3 office, hospitality and service buildings – A, F and H. Building H is located in the middle of the plot, being also the largest of assembly. With 3 levels of basements, the building accommodates the parking required for the existing buildings, from stage 1, as well as those of building A. On the ground floor of the office building, there are spaces for catering, sports and shopping.
