The Citius real estate complex is located on the former “Fimaro” industrial platform, in Cluj-Napoca, being one of the multiple industrial conversion projects of our office. The first stage of the development consists of a residential building, with a variable height, marking the first vertical emphasis through the body positioned towards the southern limit of the plot, having a number of 12 above-ground levels. In order to give tenants as much green and trafficable space as possible, all the necessary parking spaces are located in the 2 underground parking levels. A pedestrian promenade is built along the Nadăș stream, which also ensures the connection with the southern area, which is also in the process of conversion.
