The new project of the developer Hexagon, with extensive experience in the Cluj and national real estate market, is located on the former Tehnofrig industrial platform, being one of the multiple industrial conversion projects of our office. The mixed building, comprising 70% collective housing and 30% tertiary functions, will ensure a high quality living environment, offering attractive related services directly in the building. The relationship with the Nadăș stream, as well as with the facilities offered by the neighboring area, are strong points for future tenants. The challenge of the design process came from the architectural treatment of the building’s functions, both at the floor plan and facade level, maximizing every square meter of built space.
