The second stage of the functional reconversion of the former Libertatea industrial platform started with a residential building consisting of two building bodies with a common basement. The conformation of the complex allowed the realization of a common outdoor space for tenants, which will allow socializing in a pleasant natural setting, also having a connection with the park along Pârâului Nadăș. The quality of the execution, as well as the spatial configuration of the apartments, positions the complex in the premium segment on the residential market, to complement the office and service functions that will follow on the site.
