Located on the location of the former city mill, the office building has tried to preserve architectural elements of the former building, using the apparent brick and the rhythm of the old voids for the volume directed towards Mill Canal. The client was able to acquire and authorize this building due to the lack of interest of the authorities in the rehabilitation of the former mill. The project proposed a multi-volume building treated differently as materiality, using ventilated facades with ceramic plating along with curtain facades and apparent brick.
