Plan 31 Ro has open spaces, office spaces, meeting rooms and managerial offices. The basement is provided with a dinning room and relaxation space. The facade wants to eliminate the level image (P + 2), creating a colorful game and dynamic architectural elements. The glass used was treated with a layer of ceramic paint applied through a sieve, making the transparency effect.
